If you are for any reason unsatisfied with our hosting services, you are entitled to a full refund of our hosting fees when you cancel your service within the first 30 days of your order!  However, this guarantee does not cover the cost of your domain name that you selected to own. If you purchase a hosting package with a FREE Domain name included, and then cancel the service within the first 30 days, you will receive full refund for hosting services, less the costs of your domain name registration.

PAYMENT TERMS
Orders may take up to 2-3 business days to process. We require payment of the applicable setup and the first month's service fees before we configure and start-up your server. Once your order has been processed, your server configuration information will be sent to you via email. Since we only accept credit cards for payment, you will not receive a paper invoice from us. Your credit card statement will act as your invoice.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit or checking debit cards. Payments for annual subscriptions can also be accepted via check or a money order

BILLING CYCLE
All accounts are billed on the first working day of the calendar month. Thus, the subscription fee for the month of October will be billed on October 1st. Your first statement will show your Setup Fee and the prorated portion of your monthly subscription fee calculated from the date your server was configured and made available for your use (normally 1-2 days after the day you placed your order).

NO MINIMUM CONTRACT
SelfNet has no minimum contracts, which means you can cancel your subscription at any time. We'll even refund any unused portion of your bill you may have already paid! To cancel your service, please forward a cancellation note with your CustomerID and desired service cancellation date to cancel@selfnet.com. To make things easier with your credit card company, you may want to do it at the end of the month - prior to the next billing cycle.

DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION FEES
If we registered a domain name for you, please be aware that after the 1st year of your domain ownership it will become your responsibility to maintain ownership of your domain name and to renew your registration on-line through the Registrar's secure on-line payment system. You can check the status of your domain name registration any time at www.name-save.com. Failure to pay the dues will result in your domain name "suspension" and even removal from the database. Once this happens, your domain will not function and your web server will become virtually "invisible" to the Internet users.
